Per request: serves transformed image variants on-demand from a master file in S3 → caches output for 30 days

Daily 6am: scans CDN logs for top-100 untransformed images → pre-warms the variant cache
3.
On Shopify product create: detects new SKU → emits a manifest of /img/sku-XXXX URLs for product page + Shopify metaobjects
