How fast do you respond?
All plans receive a response within 1 business day. Team and Warehouse plans get priority Slack support with a 4-hour SLA.
Where do I find my deployment logs?
Logs are in your own AWS CloudWatch account — AgentDepot doesn't have access to them. From your dashboard, click any skill → View Logs → this opens the CloudWatch console.
How do I request a skill be added to the catalog?
Email catalog@agentdepot.cloud with the GitHub URL. We score it the next morning. If it hits 60+, it goes on the shelf.
Can I get a demo before I sign up?
