Why are custom and managed plans gated by a call?
Because custom and managed work has scope. We won't sell you a Pro Desk plan until we know the workflow, tool access, handoffs, and ownership model. The setup call makes sure the price matches reality.
What does Self-serve actually include?
One AI agent from our 100+ skill catalog, the tool connections it needs, managed AI runtime, and a self-service portal where you configure prompts and check logs. Micro agents start at $19/mo; standard and Pro agents run $49-$99/mo.
Can I cancel a Self-serve agent anytime?
Yes. 14-day free trial up front, then $99/mo. Cancel from the portal billing tab. We keep your data exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
What's the difference between Self-serve and Pro Desk?
Self-serve = you run the agent. Pro Desk = we run the agent. Pro Desk customers don't touch prompts, integrations, or logs — we deploy, tune, and report on performance every month. It's the difference between buying a hammer and hiring a contractor.
What if I need a custom AI agent that isn't in your catalog?
Use the concierge on the homepage to scope it. The scoper drafts a buildable special order; you book a setup call where we confirm the scope, quote it, and start the build. Most custom builds ship in 1-7 days.
How is this different from VoiceDepot?
