Privacy Policy

Your agent data never leaves your AWS account.

Agent skills run entirely inside your own AWS environment. AgentDepot only processes your account information and usage metrics — not your agent runtime data, integration payloads, or outputs.

1. Who We Are

AgentDepot ("we," "us," "our") operates the AgentDepot platform at agentdepot.cloud — an AI agent skill marketplace and managed deployment service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at support@agentdepot.cloud.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) Information you provide directly — including your name, email address, company name, and billing information when you register, subscribe, or contact us; (b) Information collected automatically — including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, feature usage patterns, and timestamps when you interact with the platform; (c) Integration data — when you connect third-party tools (e.g., Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace) to your agent skills, we receive OAuth tokens or API keys necessary to operate those connections. We do not read or store the underlying content from your third-party platforms beyond what is needed to perform the integration.

3. Your Agent Runtime Data Stays in Your AWS Account

This is fundamental to how AgentDepot works. When you deploy an agent skill, it runs entirely within your own AWS account on AWS Bedrock AgentCore. All agent execution data — inputs, outputs, integration payloads, logs, and processed results — are stored in your AWS environment, not on AgentDepot infrastructure. AgentDepot does not have access to your agent runtime data unless you explicitly share debug logs with our support team. You own and control your runtime data completely.

4. Expert Setup Data Handling

If you purchase the Expert Setup service, our team will interact with you via email and video call to understand your workflow, integration environment, and configuration needs. Notes and correspondence from these sessions are stored securely and used solely to complete your setup. We do not retain access to your AWS credentials or integration API keys after setup is complete. Expert Setup session records are deleted within 90 days of project completion.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the AgentDepot platform and Services; (b) process subscription payments and send billing receipts; (c) communicate product updates, new catalog additions, and feature announcements (you may opt out at any time); (d) respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues; (e) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; (f) comply with legal obligations; (g) analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Catalog Scoring and GitHub Data

AgentDepot's catalog is built by crawling and scoring public GitHub repositories. We collect publicly available repository metadata (stars, contributors, commit history, license type) solely for catalog scoring purposes. We do not collect or store any private GitHub repository data. If you connect a GitHub account to browse or submit skills, we use only the permissions you explicitly grant.

7. Data Sharing

We share personal data with the following categories of third parties, all of whom are contractually bound to protect your data: (a) Infrastructure providers — AWS (compute, storage, deployment); (b) Payment processors — Stripe (billing and subscription management); (c) Analytics providers — privacy-respecting analytics to understand platform usage; (d) Email service providers — for transactional and marketing emails; (e) Customer support tools — for managing support tickets. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AgentDepot, our customers, or the public.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for: (a) Authentication — keeping you logged in securely; (b) Session management — maintaining your platform state; (c) Analytics — understanding how customers use the platform (using privacy-respecting tools that do not track you across unrelated sites). You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from logging in.

9. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation or termination, after which it is permanently deleted. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for 12 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance. Expert Setup session records are deleted within 90 days of project completion. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal retention obligations.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for stored credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own AWS account and any API keys you use with the platform. Promptly notify us at support@agentdepot.cloud if you believe your AgentDepot account has been compromised.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; (b) Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to retention obligations; (d) Portability — request a machine-readable export of your data; (e) Objection — object to certain processing activities; (f) Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us. To exercise these rights, contact support@agentdepot.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.

12. GDPR and International Transfers

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your personal data is (a) contract performance (to provide the Services you subscribed to), (b) legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, analytics), and (c) your consent (marketing communications). Personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required to legitimize international data transfers. Customers processing EU/UK personal data through their agent skills are acting as data controllers; please contact us if you require a Data Processing Addendum.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your California privacy rights, contact support@agentdepot.cloud.

14. Children's Privacy

AgentDepot is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@agentdepot.cloud.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on the platform before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
