Common Questions
I have hundreds of products. Will it track all of them?
Yes. It scans all active products in your Shopify catalog. The daily summary focuses on the most important signals — low stock, best sellers, slow movers — rather than listing everything.
What's the low-stock threshold?
By default, 5 units. You can change this in your portal settings once the agent is live.
Can it tell me why my sales dropped?
It can surface that sales dropped and by how much. It doesn't do attribution analysis (e.g., it won't know if an ad campaign turned off caused the drop). Use it alongside your marketing tools for the full picture.
Does it work with Shopify Lite or Starter plans?
It requires Shopify Basic or higher — the Admin API isn't available on Starter plans.
